Research and planning:music magazine analysis 2

 

This is the cover of a pop music magazine I have taken off the internet, I will analysis this magazine with its genere, audience, its representation and media language.

 Genere: this is an Rnb magazine cover I could tell because the image in front of the magazine is that of a famous Rnb singer and also because of the colours used fonts and style they all look bold and well colour coded to make the magazine look attractive and interesting.

Audience: the target audience are more likely to be Rnb music lovers because its an Rnb magazine and also teenagers and young adults as they tend to know what the magazine is all about and find its content very relevant and fun.

Representation: this magazine dose not only represent one particular Rnb star it represents most  musicians in the magazine. it uses big bold fonts for the mast head to make obvious and noticeable the fonts for stories headlines are also big  but less bigger than the mast head.he uses different colours in order to make look organized and beautiful.

Media language: the media uses less complicated language in order to relate with the audience properly and the image on the cover also passes a message on to the audience the image shows the person might be a  diva because of the way she looks on that poster this could also be seen as ,media language as well as the camera angle and image shot taken the image on this magazine now is a close up shot it was taken closely in order to get details from the image and to make her look big and real this are some of the techniques i will be using to create my music magazine.
