Research and plannig:Double page spread analysis

This is a double page spread magazine I have taken fro the internet I will  now analysis this magazine below talking about the layout, genre, target audience, media language and representation.
Genre: the genre of this magazine is pop you could tell easily because of the images of the pop stars and stories I chose this magazine because it has the same genre as my music magazine.
Target audience: the target audience are more likely to be pop music fans and music magazine lovers as they would be more likely interested in stories about music and pop stars .
Layout: its layout is quite simple the use of bright colours and big images, it also uses different pop stars and less writtings.
Representation:the representation of this pop magazine is stright foward it usses pop stars to show that it is a pop magazine and also the use of bright colors show it is a pop magazine because usually brigt colors are asssoicated with pop magazines.
Media language:the type of media language used in this magazine contents page is quite simpily and specific the shot of the image could be seen as a master shot or a long shot as it shows the full image. another example of media language could be the different sizes in the text fonts like the mast head always has the biggest font than the others.
