Research and Planning: Update on progress

 

 current progress of my contents page I have done some  modification and changes to my contents page. I have followed a particular style model in association with my genre that  has helped me in creating my contents page making it look  more professional well structured and organized.  I created a big "B" to represent the name of my music magazine BEAT,this give the contents page more originality and draws audience attention.  I have rotated my models image to make it look like she is leaning on the big "B" and made my font size smaller and put in guide lines to help me with my text. I have also added a drop shadow for my model to make her stand out a bit more I have structured my writing inside the big "B" just to be a bit different and make it unique in its own way. I have also followed the colour code of my music magazine cover and contents page I find it more appealing/attracting to the target audience if they all have same colour code and it also brings about uniformity.

Research and Planning: Update on my double page spread.

 

There has been a major improvement on my music magazine double page spread. 1st I added a second image that is a close up giving more detail about my model/artist, the use of guide lines makes my text well organized and in order. I have used a size 11font and also the colour has been structured to match the cover and contents page.

the model pose is well selected as she has the attitude associated with my genre, she also has the qualities I need my model to have and also she is very confident and great with outfits.

This is the progress I have made so far on my music magazine double page spread. this has also been done on photo shop I have made the title bigger than the normal text. so far I have started the stories on fashion and looks and I used a size 11 font for my text and I have also added am image for the double page spread and while doing my story I put in guide lines in order for my text to be organized and well structured.
